QwickPitch (Digital Model)

Digital QwikPitch is accurate to .3 degrees and can be used to measure the angle of any surface in a racing shell and its oars (sculls) relative to the shell’s longitudinal axis.

The QwikPitch (QP)tools have been developed to make the determination of the pitch angle of the rowlock both quicker and easier. The degree of rowlock pitch is important to coaches and athletes. It is equally important for them to understand that the degree of pitch is highly variable across shells, measuring devices, and those individuals making the measurements.
